Right now it is, but I think they also plan on releasing the Argentinian and Japan shows on DVD. Some of the legal stuff caused some delays. When I know more I'll let you know.

According to what Dave told us awhile ago the DVDs were finished (at least with post-production) but now they have to go back and remove all instances of "D21C' Anyway I left that DVD at a friends last December (along with The Doors and Hendrix) and haven't gotten it back. I think I'm going to have to reperchase all three of them. D21C LA Woman live is an awesome DVD although I'm most anticipating Argentina

I've been told the Argentina DVD will blow us all away. And yes, Jimbo is right. Because of the outcome of the lawsuit, they had to edit the shows to remove all references to Jim, The Doors or D21C.

That can't be completely right, can it? References to Jim don't need be removed
I understand removing anything that calls the band The Doors of the 21st Century, but mentioning The Doors or Jim Morrison during the show can't possibly violate anything.

In time, and it'll be well worth it. I listened to the show live on streaming radio and it was out of control. Now add in images of bonfires and 30,000 fans and you've got yourself a concert!

not that I know of however at one time if you googled "the doors of the 21st century+argentina" one site had video clips of BOT and Roadhouse Blues. The audience sung louder than Ian! I'd check to see if they're still there

google it, and sure enough the clips were on ciudad.com.ar. good thing i took a little espanol in high school to navigate through to the clips. you're right jimbo, the audience was definately out-singing ian at some points; that takes a lot of people man. looks like a great show, though. cant wait for it to come out. thanks for the info.

http://www.ciudad.com.ar/ar/portales/music...98,51899,00.aspscroll all the way down, past the article and click on the: "Escucha los dos primeros temas..." banner of ian, from there it's pretty self-explanatory, just choose your player and speed (there's icons) and click "Acceptar"

There really isn't much we can do at this point. Our band is about to kick off another tour, including a gig at the historic Fillmore. It's been over 35 years since The Doors played there. Light My Fire bouncing off the walls of the Fillmore again. Too cool. I hope some of you guys get to go, and report back everything. Who knows, maybe the ghost of Bill Graham will record the gig like he was rumored to do back in the day.
Back to the original topic. I hope that someday we will see these shows. I have confidence that it will all work out in the end. It may not be for another 20 years, but in the end, it'll all work out.

I'm at the point where I just really really want to see all 3 DVD's......I really don't care at this point how I would get to see them (I can't believe I am saying this, but I don't feel it's fair to us fans not to see this great material of ROTS)...I just want to see them. Bootlegs anybody? I really do hope we get to see them somehow. As most of you know I was at the VH1 concert and it was awesome...simply beyond words and what I've heard about Argentina and Japan is the same.....it's really a shame and very depressing to see how quickly someone can "Rain on ones Parade".........very selfish deeds with twisted intents seem to be at work here. Sorry,

I am usually a very optimistic individual always seeing the good in everything, but somehow I can't see it here.

HI Its me again marcelo from Argentina. I cant believe this whole license syncs shit is being ruining my dreams of watching the whole show in my dvd player. Ok guys i think we all feel the same way but if this dont change i tell you one thing. There is a program in local cable channel that shows the best of the shows that tooked place everyweekend . So after the great show of the d21st in this program they broadcasted love me two times , break on through riders on the storm and light my fire. I think this were the same cameras as the dvd would show. Luckily i videotaped the program twice (but in the second time my vcr rewinded accidentally and overtaped some songs . So Im sure i have on tape love me two times , riders on the storm and light my fire. I dont have the hardware to put this on my pc but you get sure people ill do something to show how they rocked !!!! in buenos aires!!!!!!!! I hope i dont have to do this and mr D let us watch this dvd.
