IT WAS AWESOME. BRETT SOUNDED GREAT. IVE SEEN ROTS WITH IAN TWICE AND BRETT EVEN SOUNDS BETTER ESPECIALLY FOR HIS FIRST TIME. IF THEY GOT IN A STUDIO AND RECORDED SOME OF THE OLD DOORS STUFF BRETT WOULD SOUND GREAT. HE DOESNT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE HIM BUT HE SOUNDS JUST LIKE HIM. ON BLUE SUNDAY WAS AMAZING IT REALLY TAKES A VOICE TO SING THAT SONG SAME WITH CRYSTAL SHIP, AND STRANGE DAYS. ALL I CAN SAY IS AMAZING. ALSO EVERYBODY SEEMED FRESH AND READY TO START THE TOUR, EVERYONE WAS GREAT AT THE MEET AND GREET AND SIGNED MY PICK GUARD. I ALSO GOT A DRUMSTICK FROK TY DENNIS AND BRETT WAS VERY INTIMATE WITH FANS AND WAS REALLY INVOLVED WITH THE FANS IN THE FRONT ROW, SHAKING EVERYBODIES HANDS AND STUFF.

I am sure about the order except for SC, I'm pretty sure it was there, not 100%. Great Show. Brett sounded and came off great. He sounds an awful lot like Ian. I gotta get some sleep. I'll write a review and post pics AND video tomorrow. I got video of Love Me Two Times, Strange Days, Crystal Ship, Blue Sunday, Back Door Man, LA Woman, and Light my Fire. For those of you who will be seeing them soon....You won't be disappointed!

That sounds great!. I had a feeling Brett would do a fantastic job after hearing the audition tapes. He sounds like he has quite a range and has a great tone. Awesome that they put Blue Sunday in there. I've wanted to hear this at the end of Peace Frog forever now. Also cool that Crytal ship made it back into the line up. I hope they start throwing some other back that they did at the beginning like Summers Almost gone. HOpe we'll hear Soft Parade sometime eventually too.

I think it's great to see them open with something other than "Roadhouse Blues" -- I love that tune, don't get me wrong, but it's nice to see them mix them up!

It was awsome to be so close to them, i didn't want the night to end

The only down side i found was that people from other seats where able to come to the front row and make it a tight fit for us who paid the $200 for the front row.. I at times had to fight for the front spot.

Mega blue sunday i hope they keep that in the setlist for the u.k. tour.

Glad the performance was a belter and glad Brett pulled it outta the bag.

the opening band was the bangcock five and the two encores were riders on the storm and the second one was light my fire.

Great pics. Just curious what sort of camera(s) you were using or are allowed to bring in. Going to the show here in Calgary Monday night and really want to take my d-slr. Glad the show was awsome, this will be my first (real) rock concert and I am so pumped.

Great pics, looks like you had a really good time I can not wait untill I go to my show in Glenside. Are they allowing people to take pictures? If security saw you, and you werent aloud, what woudl happen? Also, Break On through sounds great, robby is as good as ever!(and ray of course

welcome kev from one new person to another! I have never been to that venue in glenside but I wanted to tell you about some that I've been to. Sometimes the ticket (or website of venue) will state a no camera or recording device policy. I've called the venue (too early) and they did not know if pics were allowed, they told me it's up to the band. Recently, my ticket said no cameras when I went to see chris cornell and when we got there, the signs said that pics were ok, but to not use a flash. I've seen some pics from the chris cornell show from people right up front w/o a flash and it looked fine b/c of the bright lights.

I'd say we probably won't get a setlist for another 3 or 4 hours at the earliest. Go to sleep now, and get a good night sleep so you can stay up late tomorrow night discussing tonight's show! Hopefully tomorrow afternoon we should have some good info from tonight's gig.

Well not sure I'll be able to post any pics from tonights concert as the Jack Singer doesn't seem to think the artist wants photos taken, even when questioned about the great onces I've already seen here. Very dissapointed to say the least but it will still be an awsome show. Plus, they can't stop me taking in my little P&S cam so I will hope to get something at least.
