i do have a few better longer vids too but i dont no of any sites that will let me upload a file of the size. theyre 200MB+ so youtube, googlevids, and dailymotion wont let me upload them. any ideas?

sites like megaupload.com and rapidshare.de as well as yousendit.com are usually good sites for large files. Glad to see you registered and thanks for putting the videos on youtube to begin with. We fans really appreciate it

I just got an ipod. Is it possible to download these to it?

For one its very difficult to download off of youtube, you're not suppose to do it but I've read of ways. Anyway I dont think it would work, Ive tried to put the Leno performance on my ipod and when its converted through itunes it looses the sound.

That is good there is some exposure on you tube so maybe some more people could see what they are missing. You know us fans are the main advertising for the group so we gotta keep all ROTS propaganda out there to recriut more troups.

Hmmm, no Manchester Apollo footage has appeared yet, but everyone was filming on their phones, including me! I captured the whole of L.A. Woman and the sound is great, but the quality of the video is awful.

As for my recording of the show, I've had to put back posting it on-line until probably next weekend, but it's well worth waiting for!

It certainly is worth th wait mate.

I shall have my video footage from the nw year show up very soon just waiting ta get it back from my mate who is converting it to dvd for me.

This has to be about the best thread on here in ages; this is why your a mod and we're the modees man!

I love the explosion in all things Doors, ROTS and Youtube recently; it's brought my interest back to a peak. The post Jim Doors material as well, that is absolutely amazing and shows Ray at his absolute peak as a musician, leading his band and it sounds great. And the Riders stuff, it all helps to spread the word.

He left (so not a break up per say) to continue his legacy with the Cult full time

I guess in his mind it made business sense. Maybe he was tired with lack of progress from Riders and all the legal bs .....

I don't think it was greatest move .... but then again last time Riders were in New Jersey attendance was not great which was great for die hard fans ..... You got great seats .....

I just think the missed out on really breaking out again with all the legal bs .... It just knocked them off the track ....

I guess there could be more too it though ...


Brett sounds much better on these clips then the demos ..... Just need to get longer clips ..... The ones that are longer the sound quality is bad ....

dude LA WOMAN sounds amazing. I love the little riffs robby does in this, he is gettign better with time ( if thats possible for him to get to much better) I think hes really underated, who can play slide like on moonlight drive, and play spanish caravan. Ray is also still kickin it , in my opinion bset organist(rock) to ever live. He kills on light my fire, and espeicaly the other vid WTMO... keep on palyin this great guys, at least for wednesday night

Thanks Jimbo! I like this handy thread and I have added it to a blog on my profile on myspace. I was at the Glasgow Carling Academy gig on 15 June 2007 and it was brilliant! Do you know if anybody has added any decent video clips from that?
