About a month ago I moved to L.A. I'd like to say that I moved out here because of the Doors 40th celebration on the 8th, but honestly I didn't even know about it. I'm so incredibly psyched about it now though. Anyone else planning to attend?

I dont know if you guys have heard, but last night a couple hours after the book signing Ray and Robbie played a set with perry farrell, slash, and chester bennington at the whiskey. I have tons of pics that ill put up after work today. Here are the songs that I can remember at the moment.

Roadhouse Blues
Break on Through
Touch Me
People Are Strange
L.A. Woman
Light My Fire

There may have been more. I can't remember. It was hectic in there. Pics to come.

what a fucked up event that was, judging from the experiences that are being shared. densmore couldnt play even a few songs. the whole irony of this entire thing is so odd. youve got these guys sitting around not interacting with one another, not signing togehter or taking pics. perry farrell and the linkin park guy on stage with ray and robby? val kilmer getting pissed and leaving? my god. what a waste, all because of, well, everyone has their own opinions about the last couple of years. there is so much hyporitical BS coming from both camps.
