I've booked 2 days off work, driving there and back on the day of the gig from Lancashire.

Me and pep are going! We're coming up from Somerset! Woohoo!

Am going travelling down from Liverpool (Again).

Think this is the 5th time i have seen the band down in the smoke.

Cant wait.

Lets hope it's as good as previous gigs!

Would be nice to hear something different. Most set lists have been similar to date.

I don't think anything will beat their first tour, Wembley. Soul Kitchen at the end was awsome!

O yer mate wembley first time aroung was a top show the night seemed ta go on and on "What a night".

Yes mate a pal of mine will be driving.

So far there is 3 of us but i have 4 tickets just in case another mate fancys it closer to the date.

Its my birthday on the 10th so going ta have another great night with the riders.

I will be recording again as well mate and also thinking of trying ta video the show

Gazza, hope to get to meet you in London. Hope you can get your recording equipment in, I think that Jim would have approved, he was such a proponant of communication and I think that he would have loved the Doors music to have been free on the internet for all to hear.

Sound mate we will all have ta meet up beforehand and i shall buy you and the fellow board members a nice cold bevy (I dont drink myself but i shall be the first ta the bar ta get the first round in).

Should defo get the audio recording equipment in mate its just the video camera that would be the tough one.

Looking forward to a copy of the recording Gazza :-) Will help you seed again if needed.

Was away for a 9 week stay in her majestys care and also on curfew (Tag) for 8 weeks so this is my first gig in 5 months.

Also going over the dam (Amsterdam) the week after ta release a bit of built up stress if you catch my drift (LoL)

Was gagging for a riders gig over there around the same time but it aint looking likely now is it ? And no Paris gig on the tour is mega strange me thinks.

Seems ta be the norm around here now and its the same on robbie's & the riders boards.

The riders site is very flat and after all the fans saying we needed are own site for the band we get it and no one is ever on there.

The band will perform in the Forum's extensively refurbished auditorium in a brand new all-seated format where fans can enjoy all The Doors classics including Break On Through (To The Other Side), Light My Fire and, of course, Riders On The Storm.

I was last at The Forum in March for a gig by The Sonics and it was still a standing venue! I have been to many seated venues though and once the band starts everyone has stood up

My tickets are for upstairs in the seated area.

I doubt they would turn it into all all seated venue

and even if it is all seated, just stand up and rock out

erm...to sit dwn@ a gig would be wrong...especially this one! i have downstairs tickets, goodtimes!

The Doors 21st Century gigs at Birmingham NIA and Manchester Arena were all seated but as soon as the band started people left their seats and moved towards the stage, as for Paris last July as well as an all seating venue it was also a no smoking venue but the place stunk of dope I just got back from London after going to see Pentangle last night,that was a great gig and now I am really looking forward to The Forum next tuesday
