Wow!!

I really do not participate on chat forums, they usually tend to be banal and repetative. However, I personally discovered The Doors 23 years ago when I first watched "Appocalypse Now" The haunting sound and lyrics of "The End" grabbed me and haven't let go.

I guess I would call myself a "Doors Geek" After over 20 years, the music still has a certain power that hasn't grown passe' or let go.

Anyway, I'll stop babbling and just say thanks for the forum.

Sheila

ph34r.gif Well, Hi y'all. (just listening to Jim greet Texas laugh.gif )
I am new to the board also, but definitely not new to The Doors.
Individually Ray, Robbie & John are my musical heroes. When together with Jim they were magical. Today, when I listen to them (the Doors) I still get transported.
